Abstract
This Regulation provides a definition for biofuels based on the Federal Emission Control Act and EU Regulation 2015/1535. The Regulations provides for solid biomass fuels, wetlands, liquid biofuels, forest biomass, gaseous biomass and agricultural biomass. Recognition of different types of biofuels are verified in this Regulation. The methods for greenhouse gas savings by the use of biofuels are identified. Sustainability requirements, issuing certification, providing information and recognition of certificates are regulated. This Regulation consists of 6 Parts as follow: General provisions (1); Sustainability requirement (2); Proof (3); General register (4); Data processing, reporting obligation, official procedure (5); Administrative offences (6).
