Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce the Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds of 30 November 2009. Article 1 lists territories in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern designated under “Natura 2000” and the afore-mentioned Directive as European bird protection areas. The text consists of 7 articles and 3 Annexes.
