Abstract
To conserve the environment for future generations, nature and its landscape, being the living space of human beings, shall be protected in such a way as to secure in the long run its integrity, capability of regeneration and sustainable use, as well as to ensure the conservation of flora and fauna and living spaces, including its beauty and recreation value.The present Law consists of 80 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Land use planning (2); Intervention in nature and landscape (3); Protection measures (4); Legally protected parts of nature and landscape (5); Protection and care of wild fauna and flora (6); Recreation in nature and landscape (7);Competent authorities and entities of nature protection (8); Limitation of rights, exceptions and exemptions (9); Penalties (10); Transitional and final provisions (11).
