Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces both the Brandenburg Nature Protection Law, in its version of 26 May 2004, and the Federal Nature Protection Act in its version of 29 July 2009. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transfer of powers for special protected animal species. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance lists the protected species for which the Nature Protection Office is responsible. The text consists of 2 articles.
