Abstract
The present Ordinance implements different regulations of the EU (EGV 2037/2000; EGV 1907/2006 and EGRL 121/2006) and the EC No. 1005/2009 on substances that deplete the ozone layer. This Ordinance does not apply to seagoing vessels flying a foreign flag, board watercraft and aircrafts that are not registered and approved within the scope of this Ordinance. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Scope (1); Notification of the use of halons (2); Recovery and taking back of used substances (3); Prevention of leakage into the atmosphere; leak tests; recording and retention obligation (4); Personal requirements for specific work (5); Administrative offences (6); Entry into force (7).
