Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Chemicals Act in its version of 2 July 2008 (BGBl. I p. 1146). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences concerning the enforcement of the aforementioned Act and related Ordinances. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: General competences (1); Special competences relating to the Chemicals Act (2); Special competences relating to the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (3); Special competences relating to the Hazardous Substances Ordinance (4); Special competences relating to the Organic Solvent Paint and Varnishes Ordinance (5); Special competences relating to the Chemical Ozone Layer Ordinance (6); Entry into force, repeal (7).
