Common Fruit and Vegetable Implementation Ordinance.

An Ordinance to implement the common organization of the market in fruits and vegetables. The provisions of this Ordinance apply to the implementation of the regulations by the Council and the Commission of the EC relating to fruits and vegetables. In particular, the Ordinance deals with producer groups, producer organizations, action programmes, taking back of goods. Article 6 foresees that charitable organizations are to receive surplus food to be distributed in non-European countries. Article 7 contains provisions for distillation of surplus food. The Ordinance consists of 14 articles divided into 6 Parts.
