An Ordinance to amend the Ordinance implementing the common organization of the market in fruits and vegetables of 9 July 1997 (BGBl. I, p. 1687). Inter alia, article 3 dealing with recognition of producers’ association, article 3a concerning provisional recognition of producers’ groups and article 3b on recognition on merging of producers’ association are amended. The text consists of 2 articles.
