Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Nature Protection Act of 13 December 2005. In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the competent authority shall run a Compensation Register containing normal compensation payments and eco-accounts. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Content of Compensation Register (1); Nature protection intervention measures (2); Access to compensation payments (3); Nature protection eco-account measures (4); Electronic forms (5); Entry into force (6).
