Abstract
The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Inland Navigation Jurisdiction Act of 4 August 1986 (BGBl. I p. 1270). Article 1 establishes that the provisions of the present Regulation shall be applied to navigation on the Danube. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Exceptions (2); Competent authorities (3); Vessel of public service (4); Violations according to the Inland Navigation Jurisdiction Act (5); Violations according to the Federal Waterways Act (6); Articles (7) and (8) are deleted; Entry into force (9).
