Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Marine Fisheries Fines Ordinance of 16 June 1998 (BGBl. I p. 1355). In particular, article 18 on measures for stock enhancement and article 19 on implementation of provisions concerning whale bycatch are added.
