Abstract
An Ordinance to implement common fishery rights of the EU in Germany. In particular, it deals with violations of directives and regulations on conservation of existing fish stock; control measures; producers' organizations and transport; fishing nets; special permits and licences; fishing vessels; competence. The new amendment of the Regulation provides for enforcement of 41 certain provisions of the EU Regulations.
