Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Maximum Residues Limits Ordinance in its consolidated version of 21 October 1999 (BGBl. I p. 2082, 2002 I p. 1004). In particular, a paragraph 4 is added to article 7 dealing with bringing into circulation certain substances. Moreover certain items are inserted in Annex 1 and 2.
