The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Plant Inspection Ordinance in its consolidated version of 3 April 2000 (BGBl. I p. 337). Inter alia, an article 1b on Duty to give notice in special cases is added. Moreover, Annex 2, 3 and 4 are amended. The text consists of 2 articles.
