Eleventh Ordinance amending provisions on wine.

Article 1 of the present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Wine Ordinance, in its version of 21 April 2009 (BGBl. I p. 827). In particular, the Ordinance replaces articles 3 to 5 as follows: Application forms for authorization of re-cultivation (3); Evidence of presence of priority criteria (4); Hardship causes for new plantings (5).
Article 2 of the afore-mentioned Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Wine Inpsection Ordinance, in its version of 14 May 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1624). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 19 on Prescribed accompanying document for special products. The text consists of 4 articles.
