The present Ordinance implements the Act of 21 July 2011 on the same subject. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Allocation rules for existing plants (2); New traders (3); Reduction of allocations (4); Determination of emission values (5); Other provisions (6). Two Annexes are enclosed.
