Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Energy Efficiency Labelling Act of 27 September 2008 (BGBl. I p. 258). In particular, Article 1 refers to prerequisites for placing energy-related products on the market or putting them into operation that verifies a manufacturer, authorized representative or importer may only place the named products on the market or, if they have not yet been placed on the market, only put them into operation if the named requirements for eco-design (eco-design requirements) and other requirements for placing the products on the market or putting them into service are met; and Article 2 refers to administrative offences. The text consists of 2 Articles.
