Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Lower Saxony Waste Disposal Law of 21 March 1991. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to collection of charges for disposal of hazardous waste as laid out in the Annex. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
