Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Fertilizer Act of 9 January 2009 (BGBl. I pp. 54, 136). Article 1 establishes that the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Consumer Protection shall be responsible for the enactment of the afore-mentioned Federal Act. This Ministry shall nominate the competent offices and issue related provisions. The text consists of 3 articles.
