Abstract
The purpose of the present Act is to: 1) secure the nourishment of useful plants; 2) improve the fertility of the soil; 3) avert or prevent dangers for human being, animals and nature; 4) implement directives of the European Community. The text consists of 18 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Definition of terms (2); Application (3); Transport of substances (4); Putting on the market (5); EUR-fertilizers (6); Marking, packaging (7); Tolerance (8); Sampling proceedings, analysis methods (9); Advisory Board (10); Sludge Compensation Fund (11); Surveillance (12); Official order (13); Penalties (14); Legal provisions for special cases (15); Repeal of Ordinance and Laws (16); Transitional provisions (17); Entry into force, repeal (18). Article 17 is deleted. Articles 3a, 11a and 13a are added.
