Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the circulation of fertilizers, soil nutrients, soil substrates and plant protection substances. The text consists of 11 articles as follows: Definition of terms (1); Sphere of application (2); Approval of different kinds of fertilizers (3); Marketing of fertilizers, soil nutrients, soil substrates and plant protection substances (4); Requirements for pests and plant hygiene (5); Requirements for marking and labelling (6); Requirements for marking fertilizers within the EU(7);Tolerances (8); Penalties (9); Transitional provisions (10); Entry into force; repeal of existing legislation (11). Two Annexes are enclosed.
