Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Fertilizers Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 2482). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 4 dealing with marketing of fertilizers, soil nutrients, soil substrates and plant protection substances; article 5 on Requirements for pests and plant hygiene; and article 10 dealing with marking of fertilizers. Furthermore, the Ordinance amends Annex 1 and 2.
