The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Marine Fisheries Fines Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1355). In particular, it rewords article 15 dealing with implementation of provisions on minimum catch; and article 19 on implementation of provisions on prohibition of catching whals.
