First Act amending the Radiation Protection Act.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Radiation Protection Act of 19 December 1986 (BGBl. I p. 2610). In particular, the Act rewords article 2 on Responsibilities of the federal state; article 4 on Information system of the federal state; article 11 on Administrative authorities of the federal state; and article 13 on Penalties.
Moreover, the present Act introduces some amendments to the Federal Nature Protection Act of 26 March 2002 (BGBl. I p. 2873): In particular, the Act adds some minor amendments to article 66 .
