The above-mentioned Ordinance amends the Marine Fisheries Ordinance of 18 July 1989 (BGBl. I p.1485). The amendments concern, inter alia, article 2 dealing with fishing in the Baltic Sea in the region of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and the use of nets for fishing of herrings.
