Abstract
An Ordinance to regulate sea fishing in Germany. The text consists of 23 articles and 5 Annexes and refer to the issues of monitoring of fisheries in coastal waters, fishing restrictions, marketing controls, mandating landing places, special provisions on landings and transhipments in designated ports and coastal locations, access of fishery vessels from third countries to the port, checking the satellite positioning systems and electronic recording, logbook keeping, declaration of landing, exceptions for coastal fishing and day fishing, fishing gear, weighing of sea fishery products, implementation of the point system for serious violations, marketing of sea fisheries products, traceability, declaration of acceptance and transport, import and export of fishery products and final participation of the European Union in certain business expenses.
