Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance on air quality standards and emission ceilings – 39th Federal Emission Protection Ordinance. In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 26 on Conservation of the best possible air quality; Part A of Annex 9 is amended establishing threshold values for metropolitan areas; also Annexes 17 and 18 are amendes dealing respectively with sampling and emission ceilings.
