Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Potato Seeds Ordinance in its version of 23 November 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2918). In particular, the Ordinance rewords, inter alia, article 33a on Transitional provisions. Moreover, the Ordinance amends Annex 1, 2 and 4. The text consists of 3 articles.
