Potato Seeds Ordinance (PflKartV).

The Ordinance addresses the regulations surrounding the labeling and packaging of certified plant material, specifically focusing on the requirements for packaging and the provision of information to consumers. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Certified planting material (2); Packaging and labelling (3); Additional requirements for bringing into circulations (4). Three Annexes are enclosed. Article 7 is deleted. Section 2a on Marketing of seed potatoes of non-authorised varieties is added. The Ordinance has 5 Appendixes.
