Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Waste Disposal Fine Ordinance of 29 July 2007 (BGBl. I p. 1761). In particular, the Ordinance adds article 3 concerning Council Regulation (EEC) No. 259/93 of 1 February 1993 on the supervision and control of shipments of waste within, into and out of the European Community.
