Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on shipments of waste of 16 June 2006, well as the Act on waste disposal of 19 July 2007 (BGBl. I p. 1462). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance lists the cases to be considered as infringement of the above-mentioned EU-directive. The text consists of 3 articles.
