Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the registration of food production industries and farms. Article 1 lists establishments subject to registration. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Food productions premises subject to registration (1); Details to be reported (2); Persons subject to registration (3); Competent authority (4); Purpose of survey (5); Transfer of power to issue legislation (6); Penalties and violations (7); Prosecution of offences (8); Entry into force; repeal (9).
