Abstract
The present Act implements the Commission Regulation No 2082/92 of 14 July 1992 on certification of special features of agricultural products and foodstuff. The Federal Agriculture and Food Institute is in charge of the registration of products in the relevant register of the European Community, as well as with all respective modifications of such registration. The Act consists of 10 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1), Certification procedures (2); Compensation procedures (3), Inspection (4); Private control organs (5); Fees and expenses (6); Violations (7); Penalties (8); Withdrawal of products (9); Entry into force (10).
