Ordinance by the Saxon State Ministry of the Environment and Agriculture on conditions and proceedings of authorization of private inspection bodies under the Foodstuff Speciality Act and Trademark Act.

The present Ordinance provides for the implementation of the Foodstuff Speciality Act of 29 October 1993 (BGBl. I p. 1814) and the Trade Mark Law of 25 October 1994 (BGBl. I p. 3082, 1995 I p. 156). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to conditions and proceedings of authorization of private inspection bodies under the aforementioned Acts. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Environment, Agriculture and Geology Office is entrusted with the enforcement of the Acts and of other related provisions.
