Abstract
The present Ordinance provides for the implementation of the Foodstuff Speciality Act of 29 October 1993 (BGBl. I p. 1814) and the Trade Mark Law of 25 October 1994 (BGBl. I p. 3082, 1995 I p. 156). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to conditions and proceedings of authorization of private inspection bodies under the aforementioned Acts. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Environment, Agriculture and Geology Office is entrusted with the enforcement of the Acts and of other related provisions. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Tasks of the private inspection bodies (1); Authorization of private inspection bodies (2); Duties of private inspection bodies (3); Entry into force (4).
