Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forestry Seeds Act of 22 May 2002 (BGBl. I S. 1658). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Establishment of forestry seeds collection places (1); Collection of pin cones (2); Supervision of harvest (3); Penalties (4).
