Abstract
A piece of basic legislation relating to forestry seeds. Aim of the present Act is to safeguard the forests in their varieties, as well as to promote forestry in general. Forestry seeds may only be produced, marketed, exported, imported if they are in compliance with the provisions contained in the present Act. The text consists of 25 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Authorization (2); Production (3); Putting on the Market (4); Import and export (5); Ascertainment of origin and identity (6), Transitional and final provisions (7).
