Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forestry Seeds Act of 22 May 2002 (BGBl. I S. 1658). Article 1 lists the competent regional forestry offices; article 2 establishes that forestry seeds shall be produced directly from the original seeds under the supervision of the owners of forests or trees, or other entitled persons Article 3 lays down provisions relating to penalties. The text consists of 4 articles.
