Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Forestry Seeds Act of 22 May 2002(BGBl. I p. 1658). Article 1 establishes that forestry reproductive material shall be produced directly from source material under the supervision of forest or tree owners or their agents. The text consists of 4 articles.
