Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to transpose the Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 of 31 March 2015 amending Annex II to Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the list of restricted substances into German legislation. In particular, the Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Substances Ordinance (BGBl. I, p. 1111). The Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 3 listing substances with limited use; article 15 laying down provisions relating to exceptions and exemptions. The text consists of 2 articles.
