Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces, inter alia, some amendments to the Inland Waterway Vessels Safety Ordinance of 6 December 2008. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 7.06 on Information and navigation appliances; article 8b Special provisions vessels ; article 8b.01 on General provisions; article 8b.03 on Safety organization; article 8b.04 on Requirements for environmental protection; article 8b.05 on Marking; article 8b.07 on Techn ical services.
