Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Packaging Waste Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 1572). Inter alia, it rewords article 1 establishing that the present Ordinance aims at avoiding negative effects on the environment from packaging waste; it repeals paragraph 6 of article 3, and paragraph 6 of article 6; it rewords article 13, paragraph 1, concerning packaging and components of packaging; it repeals article 17; it adds Annex V dealing with criteria for definition of packaging according to article 3.
