Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Genetic Technology Act in its version of 16 December 1993. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competent authorities in the Free State of Bavaria responsible for the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Federal Act. The text consists of 5 articles.
