Guidelines on the granting of subsidies to promote Lower Saxony high seas and coastal fisheries enterprises under the European Fisheries Fund.

The present Guidelines implement the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund of 27 July 2006. The Guidelines lay down provisions relating to the granting of subsidies to promote Lower Saxony high seas and coastal fisheries enterprises under the European Fisheries Fund.
