Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to fisheries in the Land Hessen. The Law lays down provisions relating to fishing in still and running waters in the Land Hessen. The text consisting of 52 articles deals with the following matters: fishing rights and care, transfer of fishing rights, fishing lease, fishing authorization contracts, fishing in flooded areas, fishing districts, access to fishing waters, formation and statutes of fishing cooperatives, fishing licence, fishing permits, etc.
