Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Hessen Fishery Law of 19 December 1990. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of fishing conservation areas. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Delimitation (1); Constitution of conservations zones (2); Institutions and bodies (3); Levy (4); Statute (5); Planning (6); Entry into force (7).
