Hunting and Wildlife Management Act (JWMG).

This Law aims to oversee the hunting of wild animals while also ensuring their protection and conservation and ensure the sustainable management of wildlife populations while safeguarding their natural habitats. The law delineates the responsibilities of individuals involved in hunting and wildlife management, including the designation of management levels for different species and the consideration of conservation measures. It also identifies areas where hunting restrictions or bans may be necessary to protect specific species. Regular updates to the JWMG reflect changes in wildlife populations, habitats, and conservation requirements. The Law consists of 72 Articles divided into 10 Chapters as follow: General provision (1); Hunting districts (2); Involvement of third parties in hunting (3); Hunting license (4); Special rights and obligations in the practice of hunting (5); Ensuring sustainability and wildlife protection (6); Wildlife and hunting damage (7); Administrative authorities, advisory boards (8); Penalties (9); and Final provision(10).
