Regulation of the Ministry of Rural Affairs for the Implementation of the Hunting and Wildlife Management Act (DVO JWMG).

This regulation establishes guidelines and requirements to ensure sustainable and responsible hunting and wildlife management practices in Baden-Württemberg. The regulation provides for training in trap handling and includes legal foundations of trapping, animal welfare, and species conservation rights, species identification, as well as knowledge about the use and maintenance of traps, forest use and hunting seasons.
