Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009 of 19 January 2009 establishing common rules for direct support schemes for farmers under the common agricultural policy and establishing certain support schemes for farmers. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to payments made to farmers within the support scheme. The text consists of 35 sections divided into 12 sections as follows: General provisions (1); Common provisions (2); Single payment and redistribution premium 2014 (3); Payments to recognized producers' organizations in the hops sector (4); Omissis (6); Hemp (6); Omissis (7-9); Toleration, participation and reporting requirements (10); Penalties (11); Final provisions (12). One Annex is enclosed.
