Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the European Union Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing rules for direct payments to farmers under support schemes within the framework of the common agricultural policy and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No. 637/2008 and Council Regulation (EC) No. 73/2009. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to payments made to farmers within the support schemes and the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy. The text consists of 35 sections divided into 10 sections as follows: Sphere of application, competences, definition of terms and communication (1); Common provisions (2); Payment procedures (3); Procedures for small enterprises (4); Procedures for transformation of permanent grassland (6); Hemp (7); Toleration, participation and reporting requirements (8); Penalties (9); Final provisions (10). One Annex is enclosed.
