Abstract
The present Ordinance implements Baden-W rttemberg Water Law. of 20 January 2004. The main objective of the Ordinance is to enforce the Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control of 24 September 1996 and the Commission Decision 2000/479/EC on the implementation of a European pollutant emission register (EPER) according to Article 15 of Council Directive 96/61/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control (IPPC) of 17 July 2000. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (I); Authorization for Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (II); Omissis (III); Entry into force (IV).
